1. Users can now see which relays are sending posts, DMs, and public chat messages. This uses the relay's website favicon. Please update your favicons to something relevant to users :)

I lost it too. :(

I think it has something to do with updating a relay list before your relays and contacts come to the phone. That will make the contact list 0.

To make things worse, looks like relays don't send older contact lists so that we could make a UI to revert to the previous list. 🫤

Any plans on storing people you follow locally on the client? Or even being to export a list? Having the same capability would be good for relays as well.

I am running 13-1. I configured only paid relays for both DMs and global. I am stilling seeing the spam in public chats and when I go to search.

In future releases can we filter which relays we will see public chats on? With the amount of spam being generated they are pretty much rendered useless.

I was also trying to figure out which relay the spammer below was using. Because of his profile I am unable to use the relay view. The relays do not get displayed.

Lots of spam leaking through on the global feed this morning with the latest Amethyst. I went as far as disabling all relays on the global feed and it's still spweing.

Amethyst 0.13.1: Relay sets.

Now you can choose which relay is used in each feed: home, private DMs, public chats and Global feed.

Want to avoid spam? Set the global feed to paid relays only.

This is also an early version. Bugs are expected.

How many relays do you have? What's your performance like?

For me, I have 18 relays now. Snort and Amethyst are extremely slow for me. I get a lot of lag and the experience is just not very fun to be honest. This is a change for me on Amethyst. As a native app, it was extremely fast until yesterday.

I am considering moving to mostly paid relays, but the problem with this is that we don't know the relay's hardware specs. We could be paying for a relay that runs on a Raspberry Pi. I'd like to pay for relays with large resource pools, not just a relay that's green and new as this could change in a week.

In snort if you enable debug menu you can copy event JSON and that will show you the relays.

Interesting. I saw you mention in future releases we will have better control of flagged posts. Maybe there could be a way to mark specific users as white listed so a user can always ignore reports for users they white list.
