I disagree. Anyone should be able to film anything that a person could reasonably see while being on public property. People need to realize the privacy they think they have has been lost since the invention of video recording.
It is much more harmful to society if laws are put in place to prevent video recording. It would be ok for a cop to record me, a red light camera, satellite recordings, etc, but I can’t put cameras up around my house.

It is going to be interesting to see what happens with real estate prices over the next generation. If prices are unattainable for the critical mass then there has to be a revaluation. This will wreck so many homeowners who bought at the wrong time.

It should be illegal to force merchants to not disclose these fees. I would not choose credit if a merchant offered me a discount for not using credit.
