Isn’t a 12 word seed phrase just a 24 word seed phrase with a bunch of zeros ("abandon abandon …”)? You should be able to find/create two that essentially are the same private key in that case.

I guess you should be able to find a valid seed phrase that can be translated into another language and still be a valid seed phrase, but they would be for different private keys.

It’s twice as big as it needs to be.

You’d have to triple the hash rate roughly every 14/3 days, otherwise the difficulty would adjust after the first 14/3 days and you’d be left waiting another 28/3 days until the next hash rate tripling. After that it becomes more complicated.

That is the difficulty, a bit of a strange metric imo. Multiply that number by 2^48 and divide it by 65535 to get the expected number of hashes needed to mine a block. The word "expected" is very important though, as it could also take just a single hash to find a valid block.

It makes more sense when you look at the hashrate, currently around 500 EH/s or 5•10^20 hashes/s. Multiply that by 10 minutes (600 seconds) and you’ll get pretty close to the same number:

~300 sextillion

Would be great to have an option to hide duplicate reposts or even all reposts if the original post is already on my feed. I don't need to see the same post multiple times with no new info other than who reposted it.

A feed of posts from the set of accounts followed by any the people you already follow, but excluding the posts from the latter group, would be a great way to find new people.
