You cannot put economic growth in a number.
"Economic growth" is subjective.
You can say we produce more houses and put a number on that but is that growth if it takes more human time or less meaningful work or less beauty in the world? You cannot put a number on this.

When you take out a loan you are accepting money from thieves (banks) who are increasing the money supply without reserves.
You must admit that you are an accomplice of thieves.
And if you wouldn't do it, someone else would take the deal.
This is fiat, it incentivizes people to help and legitimize thieves.
