I have never eaten meat. I was vegetarian until I was about 16 years old, then I became vegan. A few years ago, I became even more intensively involved with nutrition. I eat unprocessed foods as much as possible. I think the term plant based is better too. I run daily and also go to the gym several times a week. I have no health restrictions and am rarely (actually never) sick. I often run several marathons a year. But of course you have to pay close attention to what you eat.
