Today is my first day off in weeks. This past week has been a rollercoaster. I actually went out of several dates and then was summarily dumped, but not ghosted. This is the first time I've dated anyone since my separation/divorce. It was honestly very pleasant, and I'm thankful for that, even if I woke up to "I need to focus on me. You're great, but... I'll loose myself if we keep seeing each other." 🙄👍

A coworker at Walmart is retiring for health reasons. My schedule was reworked and in two Mondays, I'll have Mondays off! Two days a week? 🤯😨😵 plus, most of my days will be starting early, which is much, much better for me. I'm SO STOKED about this!

That's good, because I have a lot of prep work to do before moving my trailer up here. I've mostly decided where to put it (after consulting with my dad and considering wild and crazy options). I'll need to dig some trenches as I'll be running power, water, internet and propane directly to my trailer, plus I'll be dumping some serious fiat into upgrading my solar and energy storage

Good morning nostr, and happy friday. Today i'll be finishing the turnover at the cabin, then do some watering of trees. Last night i was so excited about my new Start9 that i couldnt help myself, and started it up. My plan was to watch a few vids, take my time, and not mess with it till i was ready, but the box was sitting there, looking at me, and i just dove in. I did the initial setup, no problem, except i wasnt able to do the final step, something about Trusting the Certificate. The instructions are different for Mac, Windows, Linux, and i use Linux. I followed the steps but it didnt work, although the server is fully functional and works. Its just that last little step about the Cert. Anyway, i'll get on the community page at start9 and ask about this. I cant wait to start fiddling with the apps on there! I only drink hot water, no caffeine for about a year now, due to anxiety.

Caffeine makes me feel overstimulated and my heart races, so hot water, sometimes with lemon, has become something really tasty and comforting.

Once in a while, I’ll treat myself to a decaf latte just for the taste! 😁
