How do you start your day? With coffee or tea? Or maybe like me? 🤭

I only drink hot water, no caffeine for about a year now, due to anxiety.

Caffeine makes me feel overstimulated and my heart races, so hot water, sometimes with lemon, has become something really tasty and comforting.

Once in a while, I’ll treat myself to a decaf latte just for the taste! 😁

Have you tried mint tea?

I actually love mint tea! But since I use homeopathy daily for anxiety, I had to stop drinking mint tea, it can cancel out the effect of the remedies 😊😉

Triple shot latte is my drink!

I used to work in restaurant, we had a huge coffee machine and then I drank about 10 coffees a day 😁 easy in 14 hour shifts 😂

That’s a lot! 😂

I was then 20 years old and did a lot crazy stuff for my health and wellbeing 🙂‍↕️😁

I did that, too!

I do this when I don’t want to drink coffee. I always add salt to my coffee though(and a splash of cream).Try it and find out!

Beef bone broth is good!

Yes, good idea, but I always forget to boil it, or if I buy it ready made, to drink it in the mornings. I need to remind myself about it more often 😄

But usually, when I cook, I boil quinoa or buckwheat in bone broth, it’s really tasty ☺️

I’m in the same boat with the caffeine. Usually start the day with hot water, creatine, collagen, cinnamon, bee pollen, and honey.

You’re so organized with your morning routine! I’m way slower in the mornings. I just get my nutrients slowly through meals during the day 😄🙏🏼

Haha thank you but hardly, I stumble out to the kitchen and just scope stuff into a mug of hot water 😅
