I just don't feel comfortable with the idea of a monopolistic protocole. Even though, neither the brand nor the network and even less the product is controlled by a single entity. Therefore, it is actually a pseudo-monopoly. However, an alternative should be available. In my opinion.
Maybe it's now the right time to start working on a true bitcoin competitor. Monopolies are not good, even though bitcoin is a pseudo-monopolly. Just a thought.
