1. Is it really “reactive” security if you have to be proactive and secure both the vaulting backup and the fallback backup?

2. Seems like miniscript could get similar benefits with no soft fork and more flexibility, yeah?

Are there any miners that accept payment in Lightning (out of band) to include your tx in a block?

To “speed up” your tx.

Eg multisig with distributed keys, on the last signature fees spike, now you have to either RBF (but then need new sigs) OR just pay a miner out of band with LN
