Likely none from CC, but in terms of licensing is not open source. The one argument you could make is that an open sourced wallet is likely to have more review and be more widely used as the terms of use are broader.
Jade is opensource, and CC is "code verifiable" but licensing is not technically open source.
Trezor is open source. I think the point he's making is that a lot of other wallets are not. The code may be auditable but not truly open source and leads to issues with being able to verify the firmware.
It's different encoding. It used to be more so, but different browsers had different values for emojis. ⚡
