Not thinking as much as feeling.

You can just feel things and refrain from thinking.

It takes practice, though

My understanding of enlightenment deviates from the classical Buddhist notion of it, but only somewhat.

Essentially, my understanding of enlightenment involves physics, the Hindu chakra system, and a specific cosmology.

We are in a certain "density" of the universe. In the same way that our eyes have a visible range and our ears can only hear sounds within a certain range, so too can our physical bodies only interact with certain "densities" of the universe. The vibrational speed of the matter must be compatible in order for interactivity to be possible.

In order to break the cycle of reincarnation, we must develop for ourselves a body composed of light...magnetic light...aura/halo light. This is done by activating the heart chakra, the wisdom chakra, and the 3rd eye. The lower 3 chakras and the upper crown are already active. Activating the upper chakras requires balancing of the lowers as a prerequisite.

When all 7 chakras are active, all 7 colors of the rainbow are present in what the Tibetans call "the rainbow body". The 7 colors form brilliant white light. The enlightened person is enlightened by virtue of their aura.

This light aura IS the light body that will be used in the next density. Once the enlightened being "dies" from this physical incarnation, they will not go through the usual reincarnation routine but rather will be born into the next density.

Physics gets very wonky around light speed. Near death experiences often involve people feeling like they were surrounded by love and light. UFO/UAP encounters often have light anomalies associated with them.

If light speed is the "boundary" between the density of the universe that we call "physical reality" and the next density, a density of light, then it makes sense that, in order to exist in a density of light, one would need a body of light.

There are some essential aspects to enlightenment that seem to correspond better to one chakra or another. For example, the heart chakra seems to correspond well with the loving/being everyone aspect of Buddha's enlightenment. The wisdom chakra corresponds with the dissolution of the persona and the rediscovery of the true self who is not just this Earthly person/role/character. The 3rd eye seems to be related to the surrender aspect of enlightenment.

I think enlightenment experiences are essentially "full" Kundalini awakenings where all 3 higher chakras are activated.

Kundalini awakenings have some degree of variance as experiences. There is a lot of commonality from one Kundalini awakening experience to the rest however each experience tends to be somewhat unique, which makes sense given that each mind/body/spirit complex is unique.

Some have visions like Buddha did of some bodiless, disincarnated state of total awareness. Some have visions like George Washington journaled about. Many experience a sort of internal fire or electricity throughout the central nervous system. Some experience involuntary movements. Dr. Lee Sannella MD studied this and covered it in his book "Kundalini: Psychosis or Transcendence".

My root chakra is really in touch with gross physical reality, it seems.

Images and descriptions of physical pain, suffering, and violence seem to reverberate in this chakra.

Talk to me about excruciating and grotesque disfigurement, or even just a painful, but endurable ordeal, and my asss will empathize.

It sounds like a joke, but it's not.

Have you noticed anything like this? Does this mean my chakras are wonky? Maybe it means the chakra is working as it should? Dunno

Thanks 😄

₿itcoin is way more fungible and divisible, for starters. YOU know that already, though 😄

Where are the V4V supporters who also like the music of Frank Zappa and want to hear modern remixes and reconstructions of his old songs?

Pardon my shameless, but relevant, self-promotion. It was a lot of fun to create this new track.

True enlightenment is the realization that there is no enlightenment, the present moment is the only reality, and you have already arrived.

There is no real "I" to discover other than the undifferentiated oneness, which is not "I" at all, because "I" is an abstraction of separateness, which by definition, is not oneness. It's all a beautiful, seductive illusion.

Indeed, speaking and listening to Japanese is way more fun (and easier) than reading or writing it for me.

That's so interesting because it's not like that with my current Spanish practice. Speaking and listening are more challenging, and having the freedom to slow down and read words is necessary for my current level.

Nihongo gambatte kudasai ne! 👍

日本語頑張って下さいね。🇯🇵

You think?

Most people who know how to read one also know how to read the other. At least that's the case for me after so many years.

Kanji is the hard shit to learn.

There are DEFINITELY fewer people who can read kanji. My kanji level is like a 2nd grader or something like that.

In my opinion, hiragana (さとし) is better than katakana (サトシ)

Mushroom tissue fills itself with water to push upward from the ground, and it gives these mushrooms enough force to burst through asphalt.

Yes, puhpowee is a real thing, too.

The 2nd law of thermodynamics tells us that the energy that animates us is never created or destroyed, only changes form.

So after death, the people who love you are sad and reminded of their own mortality, but Heaven and reincarnation are probably fairy tales the ego loves to perpetuate in its undying mission for self preservation.

To me, this suggests that after death, all personal memory is completely wiped and a reconstitution of spirit energy produces a new combination of energy that has never existed before and never will again.

YOLO, but tempered with awareness of foundational oneness of all things.

Finally the mushroom hunt might yield some fruit in greater abundance.

It had been a while since the last good rain here in Cascadia, and the morels have been sparse this season so far.

There are lion's mane fruiting bodies growing in our shroom tent this week.

They're almost ready for harvest.

We also inoculated agar plates to see if we can make our own spawn bags from scratch!

When people say things like "come back to the real world" and such, they are generally referring to the bubble of human affairs as the "real world," but that's just a bubble inside a bigger, realer world.

So it strikes me as bizarre when they speak like this, because it's sorta like living in a fiction to some degree.

They do not assess and respond accordingly.

My first Bitaxe showed up last night.

Still learning how to use it, tho.

Do you have any links or documentation to help me learn how to point my hash in your direction? That would be awesome!

Thanks!
