I used to be on those thinking, saying to myself it is necessary so I do awesome thing at the expense of my wellbeing, my mental health. However, I woke up and choose never to walk that path anymore. My mental health, my authenticity is non-negotiable. Whoever says the opposite may benefit from the immediate term but not sustainable. We all have our breaking point.

You are RIGHT! Life is a choice. How you feel, how you show up and how you live is a choice, a mindset. You have every right to feel the way you do, if you say it is necessary, then it is. If you say the opposite then it is. The bottomline, what you believe is right or wrong, either way you are right! Take it as you will. Have a good one! 😀

if you asked 15 yrs ago, this would have been insane statement to me. But I realised I was having the mentality to work because I never had someone to rely on but myself. Until I met my partner! For the first time, it was refreshing to hear from him say: "you do not need to work, I've got us and do something that you truly care, enjoy that freedom!" I am fortunate and grateful for this and I always appreciate him for it. ❤️🥰🫰

He said, "why they keep deleting my comments! I was very careful of my language and I was politically correct."

You CANNOT IGNORE it anymore...

After realising that there will be forces around me that I do not have to agree with nor do they have to agree with me.

All I can do is to filter the noise and choose which energy I want to surround myself with.

With that said, I have noticed that I STOP consuming services, products or contents from people I believe do not align with my values. I call this "CONSCIOUS CONSUMERISM".

Capitalism is critical to our economy. However, BLIND LOYALTY to products and services are unacceptable.

I am making an effort to be aware of the products that I consume and services I use. The more we awaken ourselves the more we RECLAIM our consumer rights.

Be aware, be informed and act on it! This is how we regain our control of our lives! 💪
