Have fun with the experiment! I tried it last fall and it turned out really well. I really want to get a large clay crock with the semi circular clay weights for fermenting larger batches. One thing I found useful for crushing the cut up cabbage was a food grade pail and a baseball bat with a sturdy glass tumbler on the end of it. It worked like a big mortar and pestle.

This documentary about the Blue Angels that was released on Memorial Day is really well done. 
It was a hilarious coincidence, but I had just returned from the shooting range one afternoon and was cleaning a pistol on the kitchen counter the first time my oldest daughter brought a young man by.
It’s wild when you consider that scores of planets the size of Earth would fit inside just one of those larger coronal ejections visible on the edge of the image. And about a million Earths would occupy the same volume as the sun itself.
