First session of pulling, washing, peeling, slicing, blanching and vacuum sealing carrots. Two more sessions this size and it’s done. Got about 20lb off a 2’x6” raised bed. And left a few behind for a seed test next year. I’ve never harvested carrot seeds and it’s pretty easy to get a number of years of seed from a few plants in year 2.

I always shake my head when I see Nostr post that is X/Twitter content that is already a screen cap of a video from TikTok. I’ve already blocked all of the TikTok urls and IP addresses I could find at the router.
Regarding the part about love, I used to have these feelings. Until I realized that love is a verb first. Not a noun. You make it happen through daily acts of kindness and sacrifice for your lover. And making time for sex regardless of busy schedules. They don’t call it “making love” for nothing.
But I definitely understand the part about seeing through the “noise” of the world, and having an ever shrinking number of people to talk to that “get it”.

I didn’t like that primal forced an onboard wallet and didn’t permit me to add my own, so I deleted it. Felt like a rug pull in the making. Maybe it’s different now. But I’m so pleased with Damus I haven’t bothered with any other clients for months.
I haven’t installed the software for this UPS yet and explored it, but based on the ports and snmp slot in the back, it looks like it has some advanced signalling functions.

I have often wondered the same thing. I think it was just prophetic.
It’s a protocol rather than a platform. If you have your wallet address entered into any client in Settings other users will be able to zap you. If you just keep experimenting, within a couple of days you will have it all figured out.
I got a UPS to back up the power to my fiberoptic modem, router, pc, gaming console and my bitcoin node. It was pretty cool walking up to the wall outlet and yanking the power cord to the UPS and seeing everything still running off battery in less than a tenth of a 60hz cycle. I’ve got three hours of pc usage and wifi in a grid down situation. 
Last time I checked, primal was making users set up a wallet that they own. I love the combination of Damus plus Alby.
