What does web of trust mean to you?

stop me if this exists, but id love if there was a nostr client or web app where you can post bounties for things you want built ( whether nostr or just anything really ) , then people could pledge what they want to contribute too.. pledges would be tied to your npub, and when the bounty is accepted and completed, dms are sent to the pledged users requesting they zap over the funds.. For example i want someone to build a start9 wrapper for public pool, and itd be great to kinda gofundme that development. 🤙

doesnt have to involve zaps or even lightning, but ultimately needs a way to track...

for a round...

1) players 1..n provide an entry ticket/credit to coordinator

2) players make decisions, locking into selection while coordinator validates choices to any specific rules

3) an independent thing/oracle that cant be influenced by players or coordinator provides outcome

4) winning player(s) get rewarded, while coordinator gets a small percentage for service

traditionally, coordinator accepts entries, and makes payouts.

the smart contract side is feasible. its the regulatory side around custodial value that becomes a challenge in most jurisdictions
