So much money unlocked today. I think we are all going to be in disbelief.

If microplastiscs are the problem we would see enormous lines in the fertility clinics around (people want to have babies but they can't for some reason). That's not the case, though. In fact, we see more and more people going to fertility clinics to freeze their eggs/sperms and not to get help in having babies.

Maybe microplastics are affecting the unplanned pregnancies. But I would argue that is a good thing. No body wants **unplanned** pregnancies.

I am not disputing that microplastics are bad for you or that it is affecting fertility. But the idea that they are the cause of the birth rate collapse is overblown. The effect of microplastics in the total birth rate is tiny.

People just don't want babies. Period.

If I am out with my children and you come at them intending to do harm, I hope God has mercy on you, because I won't.

HOLY SHIT LMFAO

For anyone that has struggled with seasonal depression, i did as well for a while. The 5 things I did that have largely made it disappear are:

1: I started taking 5000iu of D3, zinc, 500mg of magnesium, iodine, and Tongkat Ali daily.

2: I purchased a full spectrum photographic light, that i keep shining on my face when im inside on the computer.

3: I installed a Cubic Mini woodstove quite literally at the end of my 7 ft desk, on a platform of firebrick, and have a small fire going most of the time that i am inside.

4: i cut out all refined sugar and foods, but for an occasional slice of pizza, or a peanut butter cup(home made, stevia sweetened)

5: i started trying to be thankful for a period, every day. Not abstractly, but specifically. Sitting in the silence, feeling the warmth of the fire, listening to the wind outside, or the rain, and letting myself feel the peace and joy in my body.

This is the second year ive been doing this, and i am amazed by how different i feel daily. some days i have the same level of energy as summer, and look forward to getting outside and working, even in the rain.

Big difference. ❤️

9 days in this new year, and I can’t take this fiat working life anymore.

Everything is meaningless, they talk about boring stuff, only think about getting drunk on the we, do not think for themselves.

I’ve reach a point where I can’t even make an effort to try and fit it.

i dont know for sure he's not, of course. i suspect he isn't. my gut says he's not. if he is, i would be blessed to hear him say something along the lines of: "jesus is lord" or "Christ is my righteousness" or "i have found the treasure in the field...the pearl of great price and nothing compares with him..." or "i compare everything as loss for the surpassing worth of knowing Christ" -- you know...something like that.
