This is like saying you don't feel like eating whatever Brazilians eat on Christmas on Christmas. You just do it, for the culture, for the tradition. To celebrate.

Don't have a source but I can probably find one. I'm old enough to remember that the early followers of the Atkins diet 20 plus years ago developed kidney problems years later.
