Hmmm... 🧐🧐🧐

Took a trip to the city of sin over the weekend to join a friend on an errand. We eventually found ourselves at a friend of his' home which just so happened to have an outlook on the roof. The entire strip could be seen as well as much of the valley, and even though it's a place where people go to risk everything they have and partake in copious debauchery it's still a sight to see, especially at night. There were even fireworks celebrating the King's first win in the Stanley cup finals.

So this was a nice surprise, I saw an odd mass sitting on our back patio to what appeared to be feathers. At first I thought it was a deceased bird but then it started to move, turned out to be a group of quail chicks huddled up under the shade! I grabbed my camera and slowly opened the sliding door to grab a shot before they scurried off with the parents. I love spontaneous nature photos~

Took a drive just outside of Loveland, CO while visiting to see some sights. This area is called the Devil's Backbone, small series of protruding rock formations following the contour of the hills. As the name suggests, it gives the impression of a spine.

While I do enjoy snapping photos of nature, sometimes the best photos are the spontaneous ones inside your own home. This is my furry baby boy Sir Moon, Duke of Wulf. Or Moon Moon for short. Just living his best cat life, I love him to death and would do anything for him.

While on a trip to Colorado with my old roommates, we stopped in a small town called Loveland. HIGHLY recommend checking it out if you're big into artistic design and creativity. Several sculpture parks with statues made by students of the local schools using the local ironwork shops, a huge maker space housing everything from sewing machines to welding and woodworking. I of course was encaptured by the nature, tons of flowers and mountain ranges with accompanying wildlife. 10/10 would go again.

While helping a friend relocate to Colorado Springs, CO we made a visit to the Garden of the Gods state park. While taking photos of the mountain ranges I spotted this doe tip toeing her way through the visitor center. Clearly the wildlife in the area is used to tourist activity!
