Definitely need the energy for kiddos...I'm nearing 40 with a 5 year old and 9 month old!

Just had my first chiropractic appointment….diagnosis is my shits fucked, yo…she tried 3 times to get my thoracic to realign and it wouldn’t lol my C2 was so far out that when she snapped it back I now feel like my neck is stretched out lol wild shit

Other than general Dad and Market Garden duties my Sunday project was to assemble this Lego table for my 6 year old son, it was his birthday on Saturday.

Some people find flat pack assembling difficult, I find it very easy. As someone who doesn't like to talk, instructions without words are easy for me to follow as I have always learned by quietly watching others then trying by myself later.

He is loving the table and all the new Lego he got for his birthday.
