Psyop very likely. Either by our own govt or a foreign one. The narrative being pushed by the media (of some racist group targeting black ppl) seems as unlikely as getting a noose tossed around your neck and getting bleach poured on you on your way back home from Subway's at 2am in the morning.

Ain't that the truth. We spend +$300 a week at costco on food.

Go bug him and let him know how cool this idea is.

Any good app names for him?

U.S. dollars are backed by the Government's power to tax.

It will be interesting to see how Bitcoin (and other digital assets) fare during a major recession - which really has not happened since 2008 when digital assets were not as widespread.

I suspect that most digital asset holders will head for the exits back into U.S. dollars. My prediction is that will be the end for most digital assets that are not backed by some physical asset of value (say, precious metals).

Sounds like the issue is with e2ee apps than the phone os itself. In any case, Apple and Google will soon bypass e2ee with client-side scanning (if they aren't doing it already).

It's up to the free press to ensure the public has accurate and reliable information...not the Government. So sad to see a "journalist" posing a question about this to the Government.

yeah...and they just reported inwheel motors are out (at least for the launch edition) and replaced with an onboard powertrain. Who knows how much time that will set them back as that seems like a major change to me. Probably wont see this vehicle in 2025 or 2026.
