First - there is no way to ascertain the current market cap of land :-) .. and monetary premiums are absolutely subjective .. in essence you can change it any which way ...
Gold parity paradigm works only on two drivers - the price and supply of gold ... because bitcoin supply is fixed , it is easy to figure out the price
Oh .. xfce works like popular tiling windows manager - i3 or sway .. you can map your keys in the settings but out of the box super + left arrow is to align the window on left half of the screen .. and super+ right arrow for alinging on the right side ..
you can check your jeyboard maps in Settings > windows manager > keyboard ... and edit the shortcuts there .. Its kinda same in gnome and cinnamon too .. bit here and there

- If #bitcoin first reached the critical mass - it shall become the reserve currency - store of value kind of thing ..
there is no third option ... one of these two must happen - and the the time window is just five or so years ...
