Maybe a dumb question, but do you debone the rabbit before mixing in the dumplins, or is it bone-in?
Usually I slow cook and shred but I have deboned for recipes that needed more of a nugget type cut.
Yes! People get stuck on rabbit recipes but it really is that simple!
I may need to switch it up next year and do this. We have a kratky hydroponic system we use mostly to grow lettuce but last year we did pretty well experimenting with cherry tomatoes and peppers.
That’s awesome! First litters are rough but sounds like you’re doing good! I have so many good recipes but they were chicken recipes before they were rabbit recipes. It’s very easy to switch it in a recipe you already love.
It really is a very pretty and calming game. We have homeschooled since the beginning and for a long time our reason was because we want to. But over the years more and more reasons have confirmed it was the best choice. You did what was best at the time and that was the best choice.
