Not installing the app- A , my phone will Stop working; B, I will spend the entire day here instead of working; C, I have just bought a cover and I don't want to buy a new device for storage and communication purpose only; ...D, I have to spend money on other useful and mandatory stuff and I am not going to spend it on a new phone.
Instead of creating new website create a new phone that ensures privacy? But it will be pricey, considering it won't be backed by Google and YouTube, as no one will put these apps if privacy is the key feature. And then what about a new SIM? Or do we rely on video or audio calls that are made through web?
How many backdoors would be there, and would not one loose data if via web search we touch upon a site that collects information?

Regular colleges, universities have their own collection of material that underline the underlying basic structure/formula. I have never seen web discuss this. Their notes are better and also available, at times, on site.
No one can delete notes on Nostr.
