Yeah I love OSM but I have travelled all over the country using it as my primary map and the roads and trails are generally marked well because they have been able to get that from public records. But typical experience in almost all of small town America was maybe 5% of the businesses would be marked and often not updated for years so even if it is marked you still need to double check it on google maps. But for hiking and exploring there is a ton of useful and interesting details. Like I was hiking in the black hills and they had all sorts old abandoned mining sites and tunnels marked on the map.
I was assuming because they are using the same license as OpenStreetMaps and the fact that Amazon has already been contributing data to OpenStreetMaps that they are basically starting by copying OpenStreetMaps which is fine as long as they make an effort to push data upstream. I found a article from OpenStreetMaps about the issue, they seem cautiously optimistic about collaboration with them so hopefully this will be a win for open maps for everyone.
Hard asset is a commonly used term to refer to physical or tangible assets I have no idea where you are getting your definition. Maybe use the term scarce asset or finite supply asset.
But why don't they just contribute to OpenStreetMaps. This just seems like another case corporate capture of a community project.
People become corrupted when they lie to themselves and others. It you have the presence of mind to catch your lies you can start to turn the world around.
The more we lie and the less we catch ourselves the more we turn the world into "Hell".
In order to catch the lie and have that presence of mind we must do internal work in the Jungian sense in order to know ourselves well enough to catch us in the act of lying.

First put yourself together and then go forth and change the world starting small with your own family, relationships, job, community and then wider society. If you start the other way around you end up in the place of the Woke Political left. Scared people freaking out about the world (inequality, pronouns, climate change etc). While they have correctly identified the problem(s) they have incorrectly landed on a solution.
A good example is in the #bitcoin community. I saw someone on Twitter saying inheritance tax needs to be larger but if they had first looked internally and understood they were being lied to about inflation and fiat money system then they would not have landed on 'tax more' as the solution to inequality. They would have landed on 'promote hard assets' instead. And #btc is the king of hard assets as it is backed by decentralized node operators and physics in its energy backed creation of Bitcoin 'monetary tokens'. When we tell the truth about money we can end up in a world where prices decrease ie deflation

Lol, hard assets are physical goods for example a bitcoin mining rig is a hard asset but in no world is bitcoin a hard asset.
Spider bros trying to keeping you safe from mosquitoes. Love to see it.
Is anyone working on a decentralized curated feed option because I feel limited with the current two options of everybody all at once and only the people you follow?
