I just received a notice from PayPal that states “We’re permanently limiting your account. You can no longer use PayPal as we’ve decided to permanently limit your account after a review.”

They are saying I “might” get my funds back after 180 days if I meet their criteria.

Please keep in mind that I have only had two transactions in the last 365 days. (From Celsius settlement.)

I would appreciate any advice on next steps?
