Yes. I postponed selling the gold I had after we discussed it, rethinking my stance, but in the end the scenarios where holding gold is beneficial are so low in probability I went with my original intent.

Week 21 since Achilles surgery after tearing it completely. I have come a long way 🙏. I still can't do a very good single leg calf raise or even jog with a good pace yet, but I aimed for 8k steps per day in July and so far so good. Hopefully in a couple more weeks I can start pushing it some with more fun activities..... Recovery is slow but at least weekly I am seeing some small progress 🙏
