Yes, it probably should be incorporated as daily practice for people who see clinicians, I wonder why it is not constantly used as a base in psychotherapies toolbox. This thread is making me thinking to start this again. Do you do it regularly?

I was doing breathwork every day for almost one year before the lockdowns period. I think it didn't help me in understanding deeply which psychological baggage and traumas I was carrying around, but it was a game changer in making me more present and at ease, spacious in my mind.
