Nonce handling in Frost (or in general).
Would it be better to pre-arrange nonces ahead of time or compute them prior to a signing round? Assume constant (minimum of threshold) communication between participants.

Check this folder for some scripts to run on Linux. I’ve generally used a 4Gb RAM digital ocean droplet.
Fedimint is similar to lightning. There are no code changes so it’s just a matter of getting the software to a stable state for handling real money. I foresee adoption growing steadily over time, like the lightning network.
There is nothing stopping someone from running on mainnet now but it is not recommended.
There are release candidates being iterated in right now. If you’re technically savvy (Linux CLI), there’s a script in the Fedimint GitHub for running on MutinyNet (a custom signet with decent activity).
You already have a lot of trust with your mining pool. Fedimint can derisk that trust with a Fedipool. Building it atop stratum v2 means more options for miners. This seems to be a critical vulnerability point for bitcoin
