I can't speak for other TG users. For that kind of conversations I occasionally have on TG, I'm not concerned. For the other conversations I use Threema for more privacy.

The Swiss government is not the asset manager of the Saeule 2. This is done mostly by banks and insurance companies if I'm not mistaken.
