Don't like discomfort? You should feel it more often then. You will become insensitive to it and will not feel it anymore.

The same is true with pain.

You can do it, but you don't. Because you have a sweeter alternative. Cut everything that doesn't propel you forward out!

Without learning, trying, failing a lot, and gaining experience, the chances are you will not be good at it.

The effort you're putting into anything depends only on your will. You're certainly not using 100% of what you have.

Push harder!

You are a grown-up man, but you need someone standing over your shoulder to tell you what to do in the gym? 🤷🏻‍♂️

You try it once, feel bad, and decide it's not for you.

You go to the gym once, feel pain, and decide it's not for you.

You start eating real food, feel bad, and decide it's not for you.

You learn new things, communicate, start a business, do anything new, then feel bad, and decide it's not for you.

Don't be a dummy, it doesnt work that way. To feel good, you need to adapt, and that takes some time.

Learn and research what is good for you, write a plan, and start executing. Allow your body to adapt, and you will be amazed how your life will change. And you will feel good!

Be smart!

It's simple: when you eat sugar or carbs in general, you eat more food, consume more calories, and gain more weight.

Shepherds will always brainwash sheep that just existing, being happy with what you have, not wanting more, being at peace, seeking peace of mind, living in present, not thinking about the future, are the ways to live.

Then they, of course, do the opposite.

Happy grass chewing.

Don't compete, cooperate!

There are well established truths, which are misconceptions, actually. Research all sides of it.

1. Vegetabare healthy food. Meat is harmful.

2. Cholesterol is bad.

3. Comparing yourself to others is bad. The only thing that matters to be better than you were yesterday.

4. To be happy, seek peace of mind.

5. Money will set you free or make you happy.

6. You become happy when you find your soulmate.

7. Avoiding stress and discomfort is self care.

8. You need to control your emotions.

9. Emotions are some mystery, and only humans have them.

9. Humans are special, they have souls.

10. investing in real estate and gold is a good idea.

"Don't put all your eggs in one basket" or diversification is for people who don't understand.

The way to become rich is to put all your eggs in the best basket and then watch that basket carefully, as Michael Saylor @saylor explains it beautifully.

If you use the word "crypto", you dont understand it.

There is Bitcoin, the best financial instruments ever invented, and there are shitcoins, cheap copies of Bitcoin made to benefit the creators.

Learn!

Listen. You definitely can become great and achieve anything. You just haven't thought it through.

Doing your best and exploring the world with courage will make your life an interesting and exciting journey.

What is the alternative? Hiding cowardly and living mediocrily?

Children want unconditional love.

Men know everything is conditional and perform at their best.

If you want to achieve greatness in life, stop enjoying your meals.

Most will not understand.

If you focus on important things and filter out all the unimportant noice, you will achieve much more, and your life will become much more enjoyable.

Focus is the key!

Always remember:

"When you think you're done, you're only at 40% of what your body's capable of doing. That's just the limit that we put on ourselves." — David Goggins

What stops you from putting 100% effort in everything you do?
