I have tried many different personalities in my life. I was a shy guy, a nice guy, technical guy, a loyal guy, funny guy. Nothing feels better than being a masculine man: competent, confident, strong, smart, and intelligent.
Life is exciting and beautiful! 
Life is progress, not pleasure.
All meaningful work that brings progress should be done by ourselves. If you delegate it, you lose a chance to grow.
Eating, training, solving problems, relationships, communication... anything that seems hard to you is a chance for you to become better.
Focus and embrace the progress!
Today, while I was training in the gym fasted (72 hours without food), I decided to try to lift as heavy as I can, to see if weakness affected performance. I was able to do all the exercises with the heaviest weights I've ever lifted. Interesting...
As a man, you can't be a pussy. The world will punish you for that. The next time you are offended, tired, depressed, scared, sad, weak... slap yourself in the face and say 'I'm the fucking man! I can do anything!'
To understand yourself you need to talk to people and explore the world.
Fifth: learn, listen, watch, read... You need to see and hear smart people. Fill yourself with good information from the best.
The fourth step: challenge yourself. Always do things that are 'out of your league'. The more you struggle, the more competent and confident you will become. Always choose the harder options. Are you tired? No! You are a winner!
Third step: communicate. The more you communicate with different people, the smarter you become and the happier you will feel. Just communicate, you don't need to be great at it, be yourself and just communicate.
Second step: lift heavy weights in the gym. Start with lighter weights and add weight slowly during months. The ideal target is 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps of weight you can barely lift for each exercise for each muscle group.
First step to change your life for the better: eat meat, fish, eggs, cheese. Avoid artificial food and carbs.
By default, growth is always connected to discomfort. This is why we need something to force us to grow, we can't do it willingly. Or we need something to force us to change our nature.
Everything starts inside our minds. Who are we? Where we are headed? What can we achieve?
Accept it in your mind first. Now, whatever you accept will become your reality if you progress! 
I'm not good enough. And I'm worried. This is why I will learn, I will train, and I will progress. I will become the best!
– What fuel are you putting in your car?
– The fuel it was designed to use.
– I can't do that. Sometimes, I'm in the mood to use different fuels. Also, it's a social thing. When I'm driving with my friends and they use different fuels, I do too. I think it's a good idea to use all kinds of fuels; variety and balance are good things...
Just be yourself and do whatever you want and whatever interests you. Stop apologizing...
If you want to eat shit, do it. Eat so much of it that you will be disgusted and will hate it for the rest of your life.

When you don't understand, you diversify.
"If I would only know how to become a chad... how to create a life I want..."
It's not complicated, actually. This is what you need to do:
1. Eat only real food (meat, eggs, fish, cheese).
2. Be physically active (walk, run, lift weights).
3. Learn and listen to smart people (read books, listen to podcasts and audiobooks, watch videos).
4. Communicate with lots of people (approach new people, make friends, attract women, be socially active).
4. Try things, experiment, fail, succeed.
5. Compete and strive for excellence.
You will become a different person after some time. Everything will change for the better!
