Whatever happens, you will succeed. Never quit, never surrender. And remember to enjoy every moment! https://video.nostr.build/3245d79ec80e64217d61f37d0db9875de83c4ce145f40ae74e662e344e301ec2.mp4

To be able to be effective and successful, you need to be very perspicatious and carefully observe how the world works. You need to be able to notice logic, patterns, tendencies, incentives. This requires lots of experimenting, learning, trying things... FAFO!

Open mind. Perspicacity. Curiosity. Exploration. Search for truth. Positivity. Progress... https://video.nostr.build/9f3afa155759b942bbe68685984bdd4c6bb3c49d7b711b8f92fec2f941809ae2.mp4

The more I learned, the more I realized that everything I thought I knew was a delusion. And the worst part was that these delusions were intentionally propagated. The weaker your enemies, the stronger you become. And it seems there are entities who decided that everyone is their enemy. The whole parasitic system is built on this principle — keep everyone as ignorant and divided as possible, and you will rule the world.

But new technologies are being created — technologies that can be used to enslave the world even more, or to free and enlighten it, like a sword that can be wielded to kill or defend.

As of today, on one hand, the parasitic system is moving toward complete enslavement, like in The Matrix. On the other hand, more and more people are waking up, realizing the truth, and seeing through the lies.

This war continues, fought in the mind of each individual — the war between good and evil. Good strives to make the world better for everyone, while evil wants everything for itself.

Each of us has a tremendous influence on this balance of power. In the end, what you think and understand may be the ultimate factor that shapes our future. So wake up, learn, think, analyze. Live a positive and meaningful life, explore the world, communicate, and create good communities.

The future really does depend on you!

There's a road ahead, waiting for us. Progress and excitement, exploration and emotions...

Where are you headed? https://video.nostr.build/0de83878220240dc370d9a02034ad1e147c28ab31ba1d39044dd702133da5296.mp4

Anyone believing eating meat is bad or dangerous for their health or the planet was brainwashed and is completely delusional.

It's sad that people can be psyoped into believing crap that actually harms them...

Every time you understand how an aspect of the universe works, you gain an advantage and become more efficient.

Every time you believe in a delusion that doesn’t reflect reality, you lose and become weaker and less efficient. The worst part is that when you start believing in delusions, you begin defending them and stop seeking the truth.

Everyone loves it when you agree with their delusions... What a complete circus... Fukkin clowns... 🤦🏻‍♂️

It is simple, actually. Can you sit down for 10 minutes with a notebook and write a couple of things?

1. In 5 to 10 years, what would you like to look like and in what physical shape you want to be?

2. Where do you want to live? Describe the lifestyle you like.

3. What business do you want to do?

4. What person do you want to be, overall?

Good. Save this notebook. We will return to it later... https://video.nostr.build/38bf8bff16d1f479a858910883cf1ca6f3bb6df702007175f803f7084ac85071.mp4

I was always disagreeable. I didn’t believe anything at face value, and it made my life much more complex and difficult.

I couldn’t just go along with the lies; I couldn’t accept them. I actively resisted deception.

I couldn’t take the path of least resistance and always chose the hardest option.

'Can’t you just do what everyone else does? Can’t you just go with the flow?' I would occasionally ask myself.

But I couldn’t. I wouldn’t respect myself if I knew I had taken the easy way out — I’m not that kind of person.

And the more I resisted, the harder life became. But the more I chose the harder path, the more respect I earned in my own mind, and the more competent and confident I became.

What is the purpose of life anyway? Maybe it’s to live it with pride, standing tall, knowing that you are the man you chose to be...

Everything is becoming more complex and harder to manage. Distractions are everywhere. But if we can identify the path we need to follow, eliminate everything unnecessary and unimportant, and focus only on the next step, we will reach our desired destination.

Focus! One step at a time... https://video.nostr.build/d635229e7e8598eec42e1e36702a4962bb6ce003675562a0f87520fafbe5e933.mp4

Nature created mechanisms to guide us: when we behave destructively and inefficiently, we feel bad; when we behave beneficially, we feel good. So, when we feel bad, we know we need to change our behavior to feel good again. This is the natural process that guides us toward survival and reproduction.

But nowadays, we are tricked by drugs and cheap pleasures. Even when we behave poorly, we take drugs and feel good, so we don’t realize we need to change our behavior. This leads to degradation and destruction.

Sadness, depression, apathy, fear, worry, anger, and other ‘negative’ emotions are there to guide us toward a brighter future. Stop numbing and confusing yourself with pleasure, or it may be too late!

To achieve something specific, you need to focus on it, set a goal, create a plan, and move toward that destination. It’s unlikely that you’ll just enjoy life aimlessly and then — bam — you achieve your dreams.

Be intentional, and you will succeed!

Who may need to fast?

- If you're eating unhealthy food.

- If you're overweight or obese.

- If you're metabolically unhealthy.

- If you have high blood pressure.

- If you have insulin resistance or T2 diabetes.

- If you want to become more resillient/stress resistant.

- If you want to drop your food addiction.

- If you want to clean your organism.

- If you want to reset/upgrade damaged tissue.

- If you want to regenerate/heal your brain cells.

- If you want to minimize a probability of cancer.

- If you want to reverse aging.

- If you want to understand yourself better.

- Many more...

You may try fasting. It is a very interesting experience that is definitely worth trying. And if you do it correctly, it may even be enjoyable...

One of the most destructive natural instincts we all have is the urge to do things our own way.

This mechanism benefits nature and natural selection because for nature to select, it needs variation. The more life behaves randomly in 'individual' ways, the more versions there are to choose from.

But for us as individuals, it’s a waste of our lives. In a society with so many people and so much information and knowledge, we don’t need to do everything our own way. Yet this instinct is genetically ingrained, and we can’t ignore it. It massively impedes our learning and progress.

If you want to be successful and create your own world, you need to be efficient in most areas and unique in a few. Trying to do everything your way is a recipe for mediocrity. If everyone tried to invent their own bicycles, 99.999% would create useless junk.

Focus on what truly matters!

There are some people who do stupid things, and when someone tells them it is stupid and harmful, they want to do it more. Just think about that. Complete monkeys 🤦🏻‍♂️

Good intentions is a myth. Even if someone really believes they're doing it with good intentions, it benefits them in the first place. And the more you allow, the more they will grab. Fairness is a relative concept, which inflates a lot not in your favor if you allow it.

This is why I don't care about the intentions, I just calculate all the possible outcomes and choose the ones that I can accept.

I am interested in how the universe works, I am in search of truth. I will question everything. It is an important part of the process. Nothing is too true for me just to believe and not to question...

They told me that an almighty man sitting in the clouds created everything and everyone. He watches us and knows everything about everyone. I was told I needed to go to special places to pray to him and serve him, and if I didn’t, he would punish me... Even then, it seemed illogical.

‘Why a man? Why in the clouds? How did he create everything? If he's almighty, why does he need me to serve him? Why only in special places? Why would he punish me for disobedience if he's good?’

Only later did I grasp the full power of the story that conquered and enslaved the world...

Sheep believe the Earth is flat because that’s what they can see. They also believe a creator made them in his image, because how else could they have come into existence?
