When you are masculine and engage in masculine activities — challenging yourself and others, doing hard things, staying physically active, and conquering the world — your testosterone rises.
Likewise, when you have high testosterone, you naturally want to do these activities.
Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
Sheepdogs aren’t there to defend the sheep from wolves — they’re there to boss them around and scare them into obedience.
This post is not about sheep.
In wild nature, there is no "work" in the way humans define it. No wolf lifts weights to get stronger. No tree practices to grow taller. Everything follows its natural impulse — survival, reproduction, expansion — without internal resistance.
But humans are different. We are not fully natural anymore. We’ve built systems — society, comfort, safety nets — that remove us from raw nature. In this artificial environment, instincts get dulled, bodies get soft, minds get lazy. So the path back to strength, clarity, and excellence feels like "work" because it goes against what the system has trained us to do — obey, consume, relax, blend in.
Most people reject the concept of "doing the work". It’s because they want to stay natural inside an unnatural world — which leads to weakness, mediocrity, and suffering.
But the truth is this:
The work only feels artificial until you become natural again.
When you strip away junk food, screens, fake emotion, and noise — and reconnect with challenge, silence, danger, and real effort — you stop "doing work" and start living.
Nature doesn’t "do work", it IS the work. 
Do you believe that just because you live in a civilized society, you don’t need to race your Ferrari at maximum speed, or use your body’s maximum strength and agility, your intellect, your creativity, and your willpower? 
If you need women to become successful, you need to grow up.
People who know the system’s narrative well and can communicate with others become successful. They are just as delusional as everyone else, though.
Sheep are not allowed to be violent toward each other. Only shepherds and sheepdogs can be violent.
I don't like pleasure. I don't like comfort. I don't like entertainment, safety, stability, predictability, and ease either. What do I like? Challenge! Exploration. Communication. Progress. Greatness. 
When you are on junk food, it's like when you don't have legs and are in a wheelchair — there's no motivation and energy to do great things.
Sheep are doing whatever they like — eating, shitting, sleeping — and enjoying themselves most of the time. Sometimes they’re bossed around by the shepherd or the sheepdog, but that’s nothing. Isn’t it real freedom?
There are believers everywhere, but some people believe for their own advantage and benefit.
The fact that the wilderness is wild, that wolves can eat you, lions can attack you, and you can die of hunger there is not bad, sad, or unfortunate — it’s interesting and exciting. Reality is interesting!
The only reason you’re miserable and your life is awful is that you’re not doing the work.
Anything can be changed. Anything can be created. But it requires work.
“What if I don’t know what to do?” Learning is doing the work.
“What if my circumstances, environment, or luck are bad?” Creating circumstances, environment, and luck is doing the work.
Everything is doing the work — which you are not doing.
And the most hilarious part is, it doesn’t require anything special — just a decision and a bit of bravery.
Anyone can do the work and create the life they want. You can do it too!

Gym session done. Training with 80% of my usual weights.
Today I feel much better. Almost no weakness. And I have great motivation.
The weight comes down and visually it looks better with every fasting day.
Muscles are shrinked a bit because there's less carbs and water.
Heart rate is higher because of fasting and clenbuterol, so I spend more energy. Spent 420 kCal in 1 hour lifting session. Usually it's closer to 300.

I feel much better today. Working, writing, training, walking, fucking.
The weight is 96 kg (6.4 kg loss in 6 days). Looking better and better every day.

Feeling better today. Less weakness. Less headache.
Drinking lots of water. The weight is the same because of that.
Had another workout in the gym.
Mentally I am fully focused to fast until I become shredded. 14 kg to go. 
People who believe in moon landings are those who say "WE landed on the Moon". This is how brainwashing works.
The worst periods of my life were the ones when I was drowning in pleasure and comfort.
The best periods were when I was progressing, struggling, and conquering.
The goal is to make people divided arguing and fighting each other. And they don't care how they achieve that, they'll use anything.
Masculinity creates love.
You are as strong as you decide to be. It won’t happen immediately, but it will eventually if you persevere.
Once, I was weak, lazy, delusional, and ignorant. I was depressed and couldn’t imagine that I could live the life I wanted. But then I understood that I had no other alternative but to try my best. And I started working on myself and my life.
It’s not genetic. It’s not cultural or environmental. It is mental. The only thing necessary is your decision.

Imagine being a racing driver, but instead of participating in real championships and trying to win the races, you just receive the trophies while lying in bed and the car is parked. It sounds hilarious, but this is what most people want in their lives — getting the results without doing the work. 
Never allow a situation where a woman is in control of your life. If you allow it, you deserve all the chaos that follows.
When you want to get good at basketball, you can go to any court and throw the ball into the basket as many times as needed. There are no deep fears or biological defenses stopping you. If you miss, you don’t feel ashamed or threatened — you just keep throwing and naturally improve.
But this principle doesn’t work as easily when it comes to people — like approaching girls on the street, getting into arguments, handling business deals, or navigating any situation that involves potential conflict or rejection. Our bodies are wired with genetic defenses that make these interactions feel dangerous. Every time we approach someone, we feel fear, tension, and the possibility of something going wrong. Most people can’t just try, fail, and repeat the process like they would with shooting a basketball.
However, if you use your conscious mind, you can retune your internal programming. You can recognize that these situations are usually safe, manage the fear, and start taking action. The more you repeat the process, the more skilled and confident you become.
It might feel unnatural, hard, or even terrifying at first. But if you put in consistent time and effort, you’ll build a system that allows you to get better at anything — one deliberate step at a time.
