Had a crazy day yesterday. I broke my arm in the morning, then I got back from the E.R. and I found my dog writhing in pain. I scooped him up and took him to the vet. They told me he had a brain tumor that was causing him severe nerve pain. I made the decision to put him down.

Then I got home and told the kids what happened. They cried and i held them. The whole time i just thanked God for everything that was happening that day. And I felt calm all day.

I was genuinely grateful to god for the broken arm because it could have been much worse. Thankful for the years we had with our dog.

Thankful I was able to comfort our children. It was honestly a beautiful experience.

Life is simply better when you trust God and his plan for you.

Well done. I've learned that too in some sense, minimum necessary force and seek first to understand then to be understood.

Even though I’m sympathetic to many of balaji’s thoughts it was hard to watch this and not feel that he is/was a parasite on the American people. Second generation American who extracted as much wealth as he personally could by selling shitcoins to regular people then fled the minute the political temperature wasn’t quite to his liking. Frankly I’m glad he’s gone. America is for those who stay, fight and build.
