Tattoos are art. Everyone of course can have their own opinion about the visual style, but I don’t think they should have any correlation to trust.

It's like with street grafiti or Nfts, most of them are pure FIAT and just a stain on creation IMO. Obviously there are few very good ones craft and art wise.

Es hat 11 Jahre gedauert, bis der Trend von Custodial Onchain(Bitcoin auf den Börsen lassen) rückläufig ist.

Ich denke, dass dies an der Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Nodes und der Hardware Wallets liegt. Seit ein paar Jahren ist es mega easy geworden, eine Hardware Wallet einzurichten und diese mit der eigenen Node zu verbinden.

Selfverwahrung wird nur gemacht, wenn es auch benutzerfreundlich ist.

Aktuell sehe ich, dass bei Lightning genau der selbe Trend vorhanden ist. Vor allem fürs Empfangen werden Dienst wie Wallet of Satoshi und der TelegramBot genutzt, weil es sehr einfach ist. Genau aus diesem Grund nutze ich für das Empfangen Custodial, auch wenn ich weiß, dass dies nicht optimal ist.

Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass wir auch bei Lightning irgendwann eine Trendumkehr sehen werden, wenn die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ein gewisses maß erreicht. Aktuell musst du einen eigenen Webserver laufen lassen, da die Node hinter Tor läuft, um eine eigene Lightning Adresse zu haben, was für den Normalo nicht umsetzbar ist.

Mit Bolt12 ist das Betreiben eines Webservers nicht mehr notwendig, wodurch die Benutzerfreundlichkeit in Zukunft weiter steigen wird.

Wir werden eine Trendumkehr sehen, wenn:

1.) die Benutzerfreundlichkeit von Selfcustodial sehr gut ist.

2.) Es Rugpulls gibt, wodurch die Notwendigkeit von Selfcustodial wieder in Erinnerung kommt

My dad has a tattoo older than me. Later I found out my mom also has tattoos older than me. She has permanent eye and lip liner. Tattoos on the edges of her fucking eye lids!!! Gangster.

Anywho, I didn’t hesitate to get inked as soon as I turned 18 with some newly formed college friends. I think tattoo taboo is becoming a thing of the past.

Much respect for no ink as well. Where I live, it’s less common to see a natural slab of dermis.

I'll go first. I've had great success with straw bale gardening, especially tomatoes and squash.

This year I'm trying the Ruth Stout method or deep mulch. So far I'm growing peas and cabbage. They're still tiny, and it might still frost, but l hope not.

I'm just a hobbyist, trying to prepare my noggin for whatever lies ahead.

Experimented with straw core and no dig last year. Unfortunately my mulch straw had still active wheat seeds in it so I had quite some growth on my strips. But for the first year I was very happy with my harvest. I still have beet roots and potatoes in my root cellar

I still have to be convinced that bounties for projects in a ballpark like this are a good idea: imho they set flawed incentives and are a waste of resources, because most likely people won‘t team up and work together on a single project, but rather split and rush to a solution on their own.

You could also do it as a tender. Where individuals or teams could apply and then you select the offer you like most. That would limit the amount of resources wasted as funds will be locked for the winning offer.
