Where are we currently with self hosting a nostr relay? I am looking for something to save bandwidth when on mobile, so a relay on my Homeserver doing all the requests would be super cool. Any tips ?

That's how the coating looks like, it will make the pan non stick and protect it from rust. Cleaning only with warm water and oil from now on.
