People who committed actual crimes should be tried by our judicial system, ideally by a jury of their peers. Functionally indefinite detention, denial of access to legal counsel, and explicit judicial plus prosecutorial bias doesn't meet that bar.

Not when welcomed in by police holding doors open and encouraging you to enter, and/or you’re escorted around the capital by those same police unlocking doors and leading you from room to room.
