A late night coffee is very soothing
Read an interesting interpretation of the number 666 (from Revelation) by an early church father, Irenaeus and Hippolytus;
Irenaeus connected the number 666 with the Greek word "teitan," which means "giant," and is related to the Titans, a race of giants in Greek mythology.
In Greek gematria, a system where letters are assigned numerical values, the word "teitan" adds up to 666. Irenaeus favored this interpretation because it was not tied to a specific ruler or figure, but to an evil tyrant, and because it was associated with the demonic realm.
Note the use of the word "tartaros" in 2 Peter 2:4 refers to a lower realm in Greek mythology where the Titans were imprisoned. This adds another layer to the interpretation, linking the number 666 to the demonic realm. 
“...the heavenly armies who return with Christ will be more than just nonhuman members of the divine council. The host will include believers who have been exalted into its membership, returned to displace the gods of the nations.

Did YHWH hoodwink the patriarchs?
'God [Elohim] spoke to Moses and said to him, “I am the Lord [YHWH]. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty [El Shaddai], but by my name the Lord [YHWH] I did not make myself known to them.'

I should correct this though; the Word of God is Jesus, not the text, as per John 1.
I agree, in fact that is part of his role in addition to reminding you what Jesus taught;
"the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you."

However, I was more asking can someone be saved if they only have access to the NT and NOT the OT.
Can someone, who only has access to the New Testament, be saved?

Go up, you baldhead!” And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord [YHWH]. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys.

Does this behaviour match that of Jesus?
1. Did Jesus tell us we can issue curses?
2. Did Jesus teach us to retaliate?
“You have heard that it was said, [YHWH] ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I [Jesus] say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you"

"Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you."

We will serve Jesus.
Heiser certainly speaks to the rebellious Watchers and the latter sons of God over the nations (after Babel). Discussing these in depth in books such as; The Unseen Realm and Reversing Hermon.
Heisers views on YHWH is within the traditional Christian worldview - that YHWH is the Most High God and that the Angel of YHWH is the physical representation of the Most High on earth in the OT and is essentially Jesus in the OT. Meaning that Jesus is the physical representation of YHWH incarnated on earth.
Who was a lying murderer from the beginning?
Who was Jesus talking about?
"You are of your father the devil...
He was a murderer from the beginning...
He is a liar and the father of lies."

To answer this questions we need to know;
1. Who was Jesus speaking to? ("Your father...")
2. Who was committing murder from the beginning?
3. Who was lying from the beginning?
The first one should be easy, Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees [Jewish Leaders]. Everyone knows who the Jews' Father is - it's YHWH.
The second AND third one are linked.
Let's see it in the text for ourselves...
Firstly, YHWH commanded Adam [mankind] not to eat from the tree of knowledge;
And the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
- Genesis 2:16–17
In contrast, the nachash stated that they won't die;
But the serpent [nachash] said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God [Elohim] knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God [Elohim], knowing good and evil.”
- Genesis 3:4–5
The end result was interesting;
...she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both were opened...

Remember, YHWH said "for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die" - did they die on that day of eating it? No, no they did not.
How do we know this? Because we see that Adam lived for hundreds of years after this event - he had his son Seth at the age of 130 and later died at 930 years of age;
When Adam had lived 130 years, he fathered a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. The days of Adam after he fathered Seth were 800 years; and he had other sons and daughters. Thus all the days that Adam lived were 930 years, and he died.

So, who died, and how did they die?
Adam died, but not the day they ate from the tree of knowledge.
They died because YHWH prevented them access to the tree of life;
Then the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever—” therefore the Lord God [YHWH Elohim] sent him out from the garden of Eden to work the ground from which he was taken. He drove out the man, and at the east of the garden of Eden he placed the cherubim and a flaming sword that turned every way to guard the way to the tree of life.

This answers both questions 2 and 3;
Who lied?
Who murdered?
YHWH said they would die in that day, they did not.
YHWH sent them away and prevented access to the tree of life (to die).
This is now extremely unsettling to many people.
We have just found out that YHWH lied and arranged their death.

Looping it back to the questions
1. Who was Jesus speaking to? The Jews, whose Father is YHWH
2. Who was committing murder from the beginning? YHWH
3. Who was lying from the beginning? YHWH
This means Jesus was literally calling YHWH the Devil/Satan.
This lines up also with what took place in Eden, as seen above.
Sadly, this Eden event isn't the only time we see YHWH lying and murdering. 
Mount Hermon is where the infamous 200 Watchers swore an oath to create giant demigods to destroy the purity of mankind and lead us away from our destiny. The great usurpation had begun.
This event is seen in both Genesis and 1 Enoch:
When the sons of men had multiplied, in those days, beautiful and comely daughters were born to them. And the watchers, the sons of heaven, saw them and desired them. And they said to one another, “Come, let us choose for ourselves wives from the daughters of men, and let us beget children for ourselves.”
Then they all swore together and bound one another with a curse. And they were, all of them, two hundred, who descended in the days of Jared onto the peak of Mount Hermon.

When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God [Bene Elohim] came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.
- Genesis 6:1–4
These Watchers [sons of God/Bene Elohim] are currently awaiting their judgement for their rebellion:
For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment.
- 2 Peter 2:4
It's important to note that at the base of Mount Hermon is the location for the Pan Temple at the Rock of the Gods. In the centre, there is a huge cave called the Gates of Hades (hell) because it is this gate that Baal would have used to enter and leave the underworld.
This location is also where Jesus spoke the famous words to Peter;
on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
- Matthew 16:18
This statement was a double entendre; not only was Jesus talking to Peter (his name means rock), but he was at the foot of Mount Hermon!
Jesus was declaring a cosmic war of taking back the nations from these rebellious sons of God and their bastard offspring.
One day, we will judge these divine rebels, however, along with their offspring [Nephilim], they will do everything in their power to prevent that from happening.
Do you not know that we are to judge angels?
