Switzerland is one of the freest country in the world. My argument is that it is so because it's actually the only democracy in the world.

Each canton has a constitution with independent police, courts, health, education, taxation system.

Trust is and always will be the ultimate value.

If we trust each other, we can build anything.

What about duplicating the original metal seeds and storing them in different places, is it a good idea?

When they come for Nostr they will:

1. Target the biggest relays first.

2. Some might/will fall

3. There will always be some that won't AND that content, identity will always live forever

4. Torrents never ended. The model is simply too hard to beat and then there's the private tracker thing, etc, etc

Nostr is truly an incredible work and an incredible tool.

Bitcoin and Nostr are the ultimate tools against tyranny.

Yes, but also for some of those people most the problems are also kind of solved already, in a way of course. The plebs (myself included) are the ones that will really benefit the most from Nostr in the end.

Finding people, networking, connecting more opportunities, bridges, new ways of collaborating, etc...

Nostr is a great investment. It's the clearly the best long term investment in my view.

I mean, it's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram AND Reddit altogether with a very well thought out uncensorable & decentralized technical architecture and economical incentives. There's no reason how it won't be the future of the internet. It will be very hard for it to fail, in my view. Very hard, really.

And also Nostr will join liberty-minded people like never before. Liberty-minded people are fewer but they build more solid things for everyone.

Nostr won't solve the problem of human nature and current society's problem but it will for sure provide more opportunities for that to happen, in given time.

This is the first time in my life I'm actually regularly using/posting in a social network like FB or Twitter. I mean I use Reddit very often.

But in the sense of Twitter/FB/Instagram like use, this is the first time.

I think it's cool, I like it because people are nice and it's a good way to meet people, projects, ideas, etc..

I'm looking forward to keep using it. And the thing is, the reason I'm using it is because I know deep down inside it will always be like this. Because the tech is there, the tech will allow people to find/see/exchange exactly what they want to see. We have control, finally. And that's awesome.

That's what I really like about Nostr and why I'm investing time in this.

I have the feeling that in this next week we're going to have something like between 100k to 500k Brazilians joining Nostr.

Just throwing this out there.

If you're Brazilian I would say now is the best to bring people over. Talk to your friends, show them Nostr, explain it to them, etc...

It's a great opportunity for Nostr, Bitcoin, free speech, etc.

Because people will be in the frequency of learning new platforms, tools AND they're going to be mad because losing their audience. Explaining them that with Nostr you'll never lose your audience I would say could be very very interesting right now for them.

Perhaps also doing so in Bluesky, etc. i.e "Bluesky is great but with Nostr the architecture is truly uncensorable forever, you'll never your audience ever again, etc, etc"

Oh yeah, very likely. Some Brazillian friends usually call Brazil a great "libertarian factory" often times, jokingly.

And it really is. I think it's the whole weak, strong, cycle in history happening in our time. And then it's also a big country, etc.
