Who here likes kefir? Love this stuff!

Just changed the oil and greased the wiper motor in my #lx450 / #landcruiser I also changed the oil in my generator after last week's power outage, always makes me feel good getting things handled mechanically. Wipers move a lot faster after removing 30 year old grease! Nice!
I have all these ingredients right now. As soon as we finish off the jar in the fridge this is happening
I'm gonna try this. I buy avocado mayo from Costco but it is not cheap. We also don't use that much so making it shouldn't be to much of a burden.
I spoke too soon it crashes when you select something like trends or show picture.
I just cleared cache cleared data and forced stopped the app. Now its working without crashing. I tried yesterday and it did not work but perhaps I got the order wrong.

After 20 years I am trying contacts again. Needed to purchase new sunglasses. These look good.

There was a great show on YouTube called wabi Sabi about a couple diying their home repairs. I think their life got busy and moved on but the show is still worth a watch.
"The consumer price index is inherently a recursive function. If the price of ribeye steak goes up and consumers shift to lower cost ground beef in response, then the basket of goods that the consumer price index is calculated from adjusts down to that new baseline. If ground beef gets too expensive and consumers shift to lower-cost poultry, then the basket of goods will be adjusted again. If poultry gets too expensive and consumers shift toward more rice and beans, then the basket of goods will be adjusted again. If butter from grass-fed cows gets too expensive and people shift toward industrially-produced soybean oil, then the basket of goods adjusts to that. Thus, highly-priced goods and services tend to filter themselves out of the basket, and low-priced goods and services tend to be emphasized."

Good quote. The average person doesn't realize this.
This may be just a me problem, but if it isn't and I can do anything to help test it, let me know.
I follow a podcast and he uses steel. All the benefits of iron without the risk of rust which results in the seasoning coming off.
I already have a whole set of iron and stainless so I don't want to buy another pan for the rest of my life. But it certainly sounds interesting. I also think it's lighter then cast iron. Which my big pan can get a bit heavy with a bunch of food and sauce in it. My wife has to use to hands on the handle sometimes
I just updated the Android app and it crashes as soon as I open it. I cleared cache, cleared data and forced stop the app. As soon as I put in my key the app crashes. I'm on a pixel 6. Primal app version 0.15.1
This is my favorite pan. I don't use is that often because it's really just mads for 1. Perfect for 2 eggs a few slices of bacon. There is a learning curve because you really have to put it half on the burner to start because naturally the bacon takes a little longer then the eggs.

i think that is the creepiest meme every. That movie is something, impressive acting early in his career.
