No. No theme to the Holstein House Bnb. It isn't necessary for me. Other than promoting an original Airbnb experience, and offering a great night's sleep for a good rate, plus breakfast, there are no "theme's" to our place.

I love meeting so many different types of people! I've had musicians, singers, painters, and students from all over the world! Some of my favorites are 25-30 year olds, ususally students, traveling cross country.

It can be a challenge, especially since most guests haven't really read the listing and think they can come any hour of the night. I have a firm check-in window because of our household work hours. I had one older woman show up who got upset because there are stairs to the guest room.
