Poultry tended. Set up a replacement barrel for the ducks. The other one will now be relegated to a true planter. It developed a split and couldn’t hold enough water anymore. It will take a bit before they trust it.

Yep. The rancher we get our beef and pork from is worried about feeding hay early. Feds offering disaster assistance due to the drought. One of the blessings of a small place near the river is water. I keep rain barrels but can run a hose from the house if I need to.
One of the mixed blessings of #nostr is the freedom to say what you want. No need to use symbols to hide words from algorithms. So shoot can be shoot not sh00t. If I want to discuss the assassination attempt on former Pres. Trump I can say assassination, instead of @ss@s1n@t10n.
But, that also means others have the freedom to use “4-letter” words I don’t care for. I can look past those words or mute the poster. Mean girls can say mean girl things, and girly men can say girly men things.

Hey #asknoster , do you have experience cooking, eating Jerusalem Artichoke? I think there are some at the farthest back part of my property. Likely planted by the previous owner. I know I should wait till after frost to harvest. I read that winter savory herb will help with the gassy properties. Other than that I have no clue. Would love your wisdom.
