I am just finishing starting some seeds.
I have some onions, lettuces, kale, peas, chives, parsley, and carrots. Normally you wouldn’t start carrots but these are in the peat pots so I’ll just stick them in a large one later. I do 99% of my garden in containers.
I still need to get some Swiss chard, celeriac, and the regular kitchen herb garden seeds.

I was going to make a cute valentines image using the beef heart I cooked. Instead, I had to dash off to get Mr. Holstein when his car broke down on the way to work. Good morning all y'all. Running behind on the socials. Four duck eggs this morning. My oldest girl, a Pekin, is 7. Two chicken so far but they aren't all on the same schedule yet. LOL
Loading the final few things in the car to drop at the thrift shop. Lots of clothes, a monster heavy old 1970's ish pressed wood table, miscellaneous stuff. Then run by the tractor store for some feed and pine shavings, to WW to get some milk and fresh stuff, plus dad's Rx.
