For context, I'd like to add that diagnosis of many mental issues on this list has improved and changed drastically over that time span. Specially since the release of DSM5.
I guess big chunks of that increase is due to better diagnosis and changed criteria.

I created my nsec long ago, went through that graph short term, but after that it started slowly going the other direction (back up). Can take years though.
Nostr's main differentiators are decentralization, permissionlessness and censorship resistance. Zaps are a cool feature that increases the interaction spectrum. The like button needs to stay. It's part of that spectrum. It doesn't compete.
Too few people talk about the importance of in-kind redemption of ETF's. The lack of it was a big let down when the ETF's got approved.
If blackrock gets this approved, fractional reserves are suddenly much less likely. This would be a really big deal!
