2) If you get out zapped, you lose your winning ticket *and* your zap
3) You must boost the note
4) Time limit set by blockheight (unpredictable duration and ending)
Yeah that'd be dope. There's so much games we could do if only we had a way to set them up... that's where we need you.
Not sure it's much value for you but recently I made a note where I would give the highest zapper a prize. Some kind of dangerous auction where you can get out zapped and lose your money but you have a chance to get something of value for few money.
