As it pertains to “tip inflation”: Increasing the number means nothing when we all increase prices in an economy driven by #fiatcurrency debasement. As fiat currencies continue to debase, global Bitcoin and Internet adoption will rise to fill the void for sound, secure money left by debasement. Keep in mind global Bitcoin adoption is approximately 3%; global Internet adoption is approximately 60%. This is playing out right now in Nigeria, Argentina, Turkey, etc. Bitcoin will overcome the weaker currencies first.
When you sleep tonight let this thought sink in: billions of people in the World are “unbank” and significantly abused by fiat currencies. #Bitcoin can fix this. But the deeper thought: the World banking cartels & politicians loss power when this happens. Enraging at the least.

3. Setup a simple logbook to record progress. Aim to add reps each week and then weight once reps consecutively exceed 10. Make a little progress each week. Lifting is a lifelong discipline. Don't rush it. Start light and celebrate consistency over strength.
I lifted heavy as a younger man. I am self-employed. I spent about $5K setting up a gym (iron: barbells, plates, racks and bars) at my business so my family and employees could follow the #StartingStrength methodology. We all lift now. Two years later my son is now an apprentice SS coach at the new Tampa Starting Strength gym. Weightlifting has changed lives for our whole family.
We do this to wild game like venison (deer) roast.

Woke up in a cold sweat this morning while in a dream.
The World banking system collapsed under contagion. The USA nationalized US all banks; seizing all fiat deposits, then resets the USD to a CBDC. Bitcoin spiked to over $1M in 24hours. I am left with mixed emotions, but not wiped out. I #HODL.
