Fed opened up unlimited below par one year loans. Big 4 banks that are well capitalized are taking the loans...loaning it to community banks at a profit...community banks are 'saved' and take the loan from big 4 and lend out to public at/above par. These loans are funded by sale of treasuries, aka public debt for our kids.
Itll probanly be the biggest bailout of all time and we wont even fucking hear a peep about it in congress. Does the above seem accurate? This feels fucked even for the fed holy hell.

Lol, really makes me think about how when i was growing up most banks had a vault. Now a 'bank' will pop up inside a grocery store probanly has as mich cash security as a 7-11, and i dont know of any banks with vaults any longer in my city. Vaults are a product of a time when money had some semblence of value. Interesting...

I see so there is functionality to potentially use the funds in your hot wallet, and a signing device interferring with that would be a problem. Thus the always hot on chain wallet. i appreciate the discussion and explanation !
