at the protocol level, no transaction has ever been blocked, no coin has ever been seized

not enough people appreciate the magnitude of these simple facts

Just watched the first 3 episodes of Pluribus and can't help but think that this particular kind of borg collective is just like ChatGPT and other LLMs

I expected DOGE and MAHA to fail, but not this quickly and with so little to show for it.

My entire family woke up in a bad mood today. I put them all in the car and we went for a bushwalk.

Now everyone is much happier after a walk, some sun and fresh air. We talked about our last big holiday to Tasmania and now I'm having the last of the coffee I bought when we were over there. A walk can save your life or at least perk you up.

The kids got a ball stuck in the tree in our backyard yesterday. Their whole morning has been occupied by them getting more balls stuck in the tree trying to get the other one out. Some good wholesome fun.

alright alright alright… had to 2FA on github because i was changing something critical … used the mobile app for 2FA as I often do, and it spat out `66` as the digits to enter. i’m a bit tired and braindead already as i’ve been up early so i wrongly entered `88` and immediatly after entering it i knew that i had a brainfart and that it would fail. it obviously failed and i refreshed to get a new number, and i got `88`. WHAT ARE THE ODDS?! (they are 1% if you’re wondering… 1%)

people aren't yet ready for nostr. and that's ok.

Growing nostr and helping it become more robust will be an increasing focus across all of my work.

- OpenSats is now funding open source nostr projects.

- Ten31 will be funding nostr startups.

- Podcasts will cover nostr more often. Will be ripping a Citadel Dispatch with miljan of primal this wednesday at 3P CT / 2000 UTC.

- Bitcoin Park will have an increased focus on nostr education and usage. We just launched our own private relay for members - in addition to the already existing bitcoinpark dot com nip5 verification.

Freedom tech is hope. We must build the future we want to see. 🫡

twitter's downfall will continue to be a marketing funnel - as people realize the need for a better alternative they will seek one out - nostr will get much easier to use - much sooner than people expect - gradually then suddenly 🫡
