I have no trouble with cilantro but parsley tastes like soap to me.

To me parsley and carrot taste very similar when eating leaves.
I'm trying to think if I've eaten carrot tops. Italian parsley/flat leaf isn't as bad as the curly.
Carrot greens are pretty alright sorta.

Close to nobody likes raw onions, but every body loves cooked onions. The onion theory
I'm either or, love onions. But a well cooked onion is a treat for sure.
I'll munch a piece of raw onion then wonder why I have dragon breath an hour later 🔥🐲 but caramelized onions are the bee's knees.
