I am now also testing out lightsats for onboarding.
Sending sats between eachother on nostr is cool and demonstrates ease of use and speed but with lightsats, it looks like it could be easy to onboard people not used to bitcoin/sats which we need to bring in and educate new people to the space.

Maybe add in some intermittent fasting. Start off by simply not having breakfast so that you will have fasted from previous evenings meal until noon meal. Then after a while, stop having anything to eat after 8pm.
This is how i do it but if it does not fit with your lifestyle, research other eating windows.

Dan came to Nostr after a long stay with Twitter. Fellow Bitcoiners spoke highly of it and that was enough for Dan to jump onto a burgeoning decentralized protocol.
His Bitcoin journey started in 2015, while he was in a dark place in his life. Always an artist, he uses a free and open source graphics program called GIMP to produce his digital comics. Dan also recommends working with Affinity, a company who makes a digital set of programs. Pay once, lifetime use.
